Step 1 - Open the Rapidz App. Tap the Card Icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Step 2 - Select the card you want to terminate. Tap on Manage Card.
Step 3 - Then select Terminate Card.
Step 4 - Select Terminate Card again then tap Continue.
Step 5 - Enter your reason for terminating the card, tick on the checkbox then tap Confirm.
Step 6 - You will see a message prompting “Your Card is Terminated”.
