Step 1 - Open the Rapidz App. Tap the Card Icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Step 2 - Select the card you want to replace. Tap on Manage Card.
Step 3 - Select Replace Card.
Step 4 - Tap on Next when its prompting to do so.
Step 5 - Tick on the checkbox then tap on Confirm.
Done! You’ll see a message prompting “Your Card Replacement Application is Submitted”
If to replace a physical card, select your crypto wallet to make the payment, then tap Next.
- Enter your delivery address for the card replacement, then tap Next.
- Review your details and tap Confirm.
- You’ll see a message prompting “Your Card Replacement Application is Submitted”.
