Step 1 - Open the Rapidz App. Tap the Card Icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Step 2 - If you have multiple cards, select the card you want to freeze. Tap on Manage Card.
Step 3 - Toggle the Freeze Card option to ON.
Step 4 - Tap Save & Confirm Settings. Your card will now show as “Card is Frozen”.
Step 5 - To unfreeze your card, simply toggle the Freeze Card option to OFF.
