If you've forgotten your Rapidz password, don't worry! Here's how you can recover it:
- On your Rapidz app login screen, tap "Forgot Password".
- Enter the email address linked to your account and tap "Reset Password".
- Check your email. You'll find a link to reset your password*. Click the link to proceed.
- You should receive a second email with a temporary password* to log in.
- Enter the temporary password to login into Rapidz app.
- You will then be directed to set a new password. Once complete, you can log back into your Rapidz account.
*Please note:
- The password reset link (first email) is valid for 60 minutes.
- The temporary password (second email) is valid for 30 minutes.
